Hi, I'm Rosie Dambruck
International Business Strategy consultant
A 20-year veteran of the spa, wellness, and retail beauty industry with a degree in hospitality management and certifications in spa management, leadership and service excellence, and international experience in the 5-star luxury hotel, wellness, spa, and retail beauty sector.
My vast experience includes holding positions in every capacity, from Beauty Specialist to Spa Project Manager to Business Manager to Spa Director, having managed several award-winning spas for Caribbean hotels and resorts.
Immersion is some of the world’s leading brands, including Westin, Marriott, and Auberge Resorts Collection, plus extensive experience in the 5-star luxury hotel, wellness, and spa category led me to develop skills across every aspect of running a business.
I am also a licensed expert in skincare and spa treatments and well-versed in treatment modalities and beauty therapy. An innate love of beauty and wellness from an early age naturally guided me to the spa sector, and I regard ROSE International Spa and Wellness Consultancy and The ROSE Guide as the culmination of my life’s work and artistic expression.
I have identified the need for excellence, quality, and wellness integration through my years in the industry.
My mission is to raise Caribbean spa industry standards through unique and detailed solutions.
I’m internationally recognized for my work and featured in several publications, such as Skin Inc., American Spa, Pure Lifestyle, and Caribbean Journal.
After transitioning out of full-time positions in the spa arena, I turned to consult and education to put my wealth of knowledge to good use and continue to fan the flames of my passion.
